A Clown in Congress?!? Literally!

As if there isn't enough funny business going on in politics, there is now a clown elected as the Sao Paulo Congressman. Yup, that's right, the people of Sao Paolo, Brazil have elected this man to represent them!

Who is he? His name is Tiririca, he's 45 years old and has been a television humorist for quite some time now.  If you thought Obama's Change slogan was straight to the point? Tiririca received the highest number of votes with his slogan "It couldn't get any worse. Vote for me!" Are we serious right now?

So adding to the line up of having the Terminator and a wrestler as Governors, we can now say that we have lived to see a true clown elected into office. Would this ever happen in the U.S.? Why not, he elected someone as handicap as Bush, didn't we?!?
