Rats!!!!!

While New York and the rest of the states are battling bed bugs, a neighborhood in the Pulaski County section of Pennsylvania is praying that they don't become the new home for rats!! I know times are bad and all but they are not that bad where you should have so many rats in your house that they pile a foot high on top of each other!!! That's fuckin' insanity!

Apparently, there was a couple who lived int his community, the husband has been living in a nursing home and the woman moved out over the summer. Granted the house has been vacant for the last few months but STILL ... a foot high?!?!? Cmon now, you can't tell me that there was no rats while she was still living there? The woman was a dog breeder and at the end of the day - 3 months after she moved out, the rat infestation was so bad that the house had to be demolished!!! Enough said and yes - JoJo Said It!!!

Funniest News Stories: Part 1

The papers jus keep makin' me laugh! Do we really have nothing better to say? Here's some of the funny ass shit that has me disruptively breaking the silence of the morning train with my outbursts of laughter!

Headline: "She's my Lover!"
Are we serious right now? The story was about one of the Chilean Miners saved, who was greeted back to society by his mistress, not his wife. The story goes on to say that how his wife had found out about the affair while he was trapped and refused to be there for the rescue! Does this really deserve a full page?

Headline: "It's Suicide By Cops"
The story of Emmanuel Paulino, the 24 year old who was killed by cops after calling 911 saying he's gonna "kill some cops" is tragic, thought he convo is hilarious! I take suicide very personally, having lost several close friends, but realistically speaking ... who the fuck calls 911 repeatedly giving his locations and saying "I'm ready to kill some cops ..."?

Headline: "It Is Just Plain Dumb!"
My favorite of September. The City claims that there's no money. The streets are filled with garbage and the homeless. But we have enough money to change the font of street signs for no purpose whatsoever?!?!? Can you think of no better way to spend $27.5 mil? Shiiiit -- send it to me if you just need to piss it away!

So ... the moral of the story is this ... some people really need fucking lives! Half the world is unemployed, and there's idiots like this making a living stepping over the homeless on the streets to cover new stories about who's fucking who and what lettering is on the street signs!!! And the sad part is, we continue to buy this shit everyday!

Donna Cobb Beats Murder Rap

After all this time, the Harlem nurse, Donna Cobb, was freed of all charges, leaving the jury to say she should have never been tried in the first place. Apparently, when Cobb was initially brought in for questioning, arrested and for a good portion of the trial, she had bruises, scratches on her body and evidence of being choked all around her neck. Her deceased husband, also had scratch marks up his arm, proving that she was fighting for her life.

The only reason I am happy about this result, is because of her six children. At least now they have one of their parents. As I said in my last blog about this case, I still do not know how to feel about it. Part of me believes that man got what he deserved, but part of my still feels that this woman is an idiot for what she did to her children, leaving them fatherless.

He may not have been the best husband in the world, but no child deserves to be without their father, (or both parents for that matter.) I really hope she gets her shit together and takes this lesson into her future. Find yaself, then go find a man who is worthy of being around your children. It's not just about you missy!!!

You may not agree with me but yup ... I said it anyway!!!

Dirty Cops Get Busted Again

The only funny aspect about 130 people getting busted in a drug raid, is that 90 of them were cops! Yes, there were more cops busted in this sting than there were drug dealers! This was the "largest police corruption probe in FBI history," and it all went down in beautiful Puerto Rico.

C'mon now people, we're in the middle of a recession. Even cops are struggling. It didn't surprise me at all that more cops than usual are turning to drug dealers and criminals to keep their heads above water. The mission was called Operation Guard Shack and the plan was all but simple. There were 750 FBI agents planted in Puerto Rico with the goal of "65 predawn raids".   According to the Daily News, here's the stats on the October 6th raid:

• 130 people arrested total
• 2 U.S. Army Officers
• 3 Puerto Rico National Guard soldiers
• 12 Prison Guards

Most of the crooked officers were busted acting as bodyguards to drug dealers. I'm not talking nickel and dime weedmen here. These cops were taking anywhere between $500 and $4,500 a transaction just to protect coke dealers as they handled their business. That's some serious money, especially when you add it up over the last 2 years!!!! I must admit though, the seed for the sting was planted ingeniously. An FBI agent posing as a coke dealer, put the word out that he needed security. Needless to say, more then enough cops responded to his needs! These are trained officers and they fell for their own "Academy Tricks."

Personally, I think this story has 2 morals. First and foremost, never fall the tricks you were trained to pinpoint! Secondly, when you do dirt, you get dirt in return. I'm sure the intentions of these officers weren't malicious. I'm sure most of them had their families welfare in mind; money can blind you like that. But anywhere in this game plan did anyone ever stop to think about the logistics? YOU'RE WORKING FOR/WITH DRUG DEALERS!!! Someone was bound to be watching them, and in turn witnessing the dirty cops. Friggin idiots!!!! Can't trust anyone these days.
