Seriously? I've heard the craziest of crazy this year but this ... is just absurd. While scanning through Yahoo News, I came across an article about an unfortunate Chinese man who lost his life after being on the Internet too long! Yes, I said being on the Internet too long. Apparently, this 30 year old man was at a CyberCafe after participating in a 3 day online marathon. Sources say that the excessive Internet access triggered heart problems. This is crazy to me, especially after reading further through the article. This is the second person this year alone, who has died from similar causes. I know plenty of people who participate in online game tournaments. In fact, I even know a person who spent a solid 72+ hours consecutively on Gears of Wars for Xbox Live ... and he's still walking fine. My heart and prayers go out to the families of these two gentlemen ... but I insensitively have to ask ... why were you so excited over the Internet?Read the full article here
