Air It Out - T Mobile

I am very happy to announce that after driving me out of my mind for since 2007, I have finally said goodbye to TMobile! Now it is time to Air Them Out! First let me just express my sympathy for anyone who still has TMobile and needs to contact them! Good luck getting someone on the line who speaks English!

TMobile is the only company I have ever had (and anyone who knows me, knows how many phone companies I have gone through,) that I got perfect service in an elevator, but got no signal next to the damn tower?!?!? Really?!?!?

Then there's the employees, do they even know what the hell is going on in their own company? Do you know how many times I was given false information from a customer service rep? Friday was their last chance with me. Early Thursday morning I get a text message from TMobile saying to contact them regarding my recent payment. Now, since I knew the last payment I made was on the 11th of last month, I called just out of curiosity. I was told that the payment lacked the $5 surcharge to use the automated system so there was now an open past due balance on my account. WHAT?!?!? The non-English speaking representative assured me that my service would not be disconnected, all I needed to do was include the balance in my next payment on 10/10. No problem. So tell me why, bright and early Friday morning (in the middle of my commute to work) my phone gets turned off!!!! I couldn't dial 611 fast enough, I was so mad! I deserve an Oscar for the waterworks I put on with that supervisor to get my service restored for the day! By the end of that day, I switched carriers and stole my number from TMobile.

Would you believe that it took TMobile almost 27 hours to release my number to the new company! How do you do business like this? Absolutely ridonkulous. Yes, I just said ridonkulous! As if it wasn't bad enough that your pre-paid (Flex Pay) plan comes with a 2 year contract attached to it, you came out with an unlimited monthly plan for only $49 and didn't offer it to your existing customers, like me, who were paying almost $100 a month for the same friggin plan! And then you have the nerve to go and pull some bullshit like this too? Nope, sorry ... that's where I have to draw the line! So, it's DEUCES to TMobile. I now pay $40 a month for unlimited everything ... and I'm still using your phone and your number!!!! How you feel now?

If you're credit sucks or you're just sick of getting astronomical cell phone bills because you go over your minutes, DO NOT make the same mistake I did.... TMobile is NOT the way to go. You will spend more money than they claim you will save!  And yes TMobile .... Jo Jo Said It!!!
