Spartacus Rocks!

I'm sorry but Spartacus has to be one of the hottest series that's come out in a minute! It's like soft porn meets bloody massacre which doesn't quite sound as hot and appealing as the show actually is but whateva! Now that the season 2 finale is rapidly approaching I felt the need to reflect on the hype! This is history people. Not just a hot new show! Listen to the beginning credits, it clearly says that it was meant to depict life in ancient Roman times. Which can only lead me to wonder if they really said "cock" that much in ancient times but that's just my ridiculous mind at work!

I'm sorry but Lucretia may be a vindictive, sadistic, freaky bitch BUT ... that's my bitch. She plays a crazy role and to see that other side of Xena is crazy! I cannot wait for next season. I'd love to see how they are going to twist the plot this time cuz I can't lie, the last thing I expected was that Lucretia wacked Batiatus' father. No I do not care if I didn't spell that correctly! I hope my man Spartacus is okay. Last I heard the actor has cancer which is why the switched up the plot to give him a season off for his health. But I'm still yet to confirm this. That man is out of control and although Crixus did impress me with the way he actually came to be Champion ... he's got nothin on my man Spartacus!

Season 2 Finale this Friday on Starz. Even if you don't follow the show, make some time between 10-11pm to watch. You know ya ass don't go out that early anyway! I guarantee you will be hooked and wanna watch the rest of the seasons to catch up! Crraaaazy I tell you!

  1. Alas, Andy Whitfield's ailing health necessitated his being replaced. Liam McIntyre will play the role of Spartacus. It's my favorite show, but we have to wait until 2012 for the new episodes. I predicted the poisoning by Lucretia. In an earlier episode, Titus gave a little cough (which TV fans know always means an impending ailment), and Lucretia immediately gave him the honeyed wine. Quintas said he would join him, but Lucretia forbid it, saying it disagrees with him. Poor Melitta!
